Today I talked about the importance of meditative practice, and just who my audience really is. If we wish to awaken, we must practice. This does not mean taking on a religious or sectarian way of doing things. Just start where you are, it’s not about religion or identity, or even intellect.
My audience is really anyone who wishes to awaken, it does not matter if you are a beginner or a very advanced practitioner. I provide reminders and, hopefully a little bit of inspiration from a non-sectarian, very general holistic way of seeing just what is going on here. My message is about getting real.
Hopefully, I have helped a few people with their own awakening.
