Do you think there's any English words to describe Bodhichitta? Or even Bodhisattva? Such beautiful ideas 💕💕💕

It does not seem that there are any English words that directly explain either term. I try to write in such a way that, when I use these terms, I follow up with a short definition. Bodhicitta is the compassionate wish to awaken. A Bodhisattva is one who lives altruistically, with the compassionate wish for all beings to awaken. Even the idea of compassion is not exactly right. It's more than the English version of this word. In terms of Bodhicitta, the compassion is a deep yearning to relieve suffering, which springs from a deep sense of empathy, understanding the root of suffering and seeing that all beings suffer.
