Spiritual Practice is not meant to be some frou-frou, pie in the sky, silly, dazed way of looking at things. True Spiritual Practice is a deep, often very serious, inquiry into reality. It is not meant to depend upon belief or restrictions of any kind, all of which could likely produce serious obstacles. Spiritual Practice is meant to evolve and expand our way of looking at things, until the time when our heart and mind open completely.
When our heart and mind open completely, when we find ourselves in a condition of total awareness, we awaken—and it is all worth the effort. It is also important to know that the most important component for awakening is the simple aspiration to awaken. Know this from someone who has been in this total state of bright awareness, the aspiration to awaken is the same as complete enlightenment, even though we are not able to see that clearly at first.

Please Awaken,
