Wow it really blessed me reading this. Thank you. I suffer every now and then from anger too, I manage to hide and repress it and then at the most inconvenient time it resurfaces. I always deny it. Reading this really made me think and I am starting to only just realise now that we all suffer. Perhaps it is just pride or a cultural thing that we refuse to admit we suffer, maybe we don't want to lose face.
