The Spiritual Path begins with the Aspiration to Awaken. If you do not think that awakening is the most important thing that you can do, then you are simply not on the Spiritual Path. Awakening means opening your heart and mind to what is, as it is.
In both my books, Timeless Luminosity and The Frog: A Spiritual Autobiography, Spanning Many Lifetimes, I wrote about the death bardo and how to stay on the Spiritual Path. Sometimes we need to leave ourselves clues. We can do this by changing our own consciousness or by helping others to awaken, connecting with a teacher or many other means, all related to an efficient, ongoing Spiritual Practice.
Please accept this invitation to awaken. In time, you will see that awakening will become a certainty. It all starts with an unshakable Aspiration to Awaken.
